Conditions of Use Returns You have the right to return your goods at any time up to the end of 14 working days after you receive the goods. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give notice to us by phone or email, giving details of the goods ordered and where appropriate their delivery. Keep in mind thas some products as for their nature like magic tricks because of their secrets or specially ordered products do not aply for return, pleasy contact us on forehand if you want to make sure if the goods are returnable. If you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own cost. The goods must be returned to our address. The goods have to be returned in the original packing, in good order and are not damaged in the meantime or in transit. Refunds will be made within 30 days from notification of return.
